EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONDER COURSE (ST. JOHN AMBULANCE)
Overview
First responder Course in collaboration with St. John ambulance is a need specific course that targets individuals who are the first to arrive at an emergency scene to provide safe, efficient, and accurate pre– hospital care to a variety of incidences which may range from fire, road traffic crushes or collapsed building. The course targets volunteers and institution/corporates with teams of responders. The course focuses on providing essential emergency training for the average citizen and the corporate community in responding to emergencies they may face at home, work and within their communities. The course exposes risks and vulnerabilities created due to health-related problems, fires, natural and manmade hazards, and provide the platform for participants to mitigate, plan and prepare and respond to any emergency they may face.
