The IPSS Online Academy is envisioned as the digital learning platform of the Institute of Professional Security Studies, providing accessible and flexible Open and Distance Learning (ODL) opportunities.
The Academy is designed to support learners who wish to pursue academic and professional development while balancing work, career and other commitments. Through technology-enabled learning, students can access structured programmes, learning resources, assessments and academic support beyond the traditional classroom environment.
The Online Academy provides an opportunity for IPSS to extend its reach beyond physical classrooms and make quality education and professional development accessible to learners in Kenya and beyond.
Its primary focus would therefore be on ODL academic and professional programmes, rather than practical technical courses.
